This mixed-use development was completed in 2014.
We worked with Harvard Estates and Kay Elliot to provide a wide range of window and door systems to suit the various needs of the proposed development.
The project was designed to house restaurants, apartments and is located next to the sea. The proximity to sea air meant that we had to use a specific paint coating to ensure a lasting finish on all the systems used.
This project involved tilt/turn windows, sliding doors, and entrance doors.
