Sustainable and recyclable aluminium products
We engineer windows, doors, and curtain walling using systems from both Smart Architectural Aluminium and Schueco, due to their inherent strength and commercial suitability, but also thanks to the material’s reduced effect on the environment. Our range of aluminium windows and doors use little energy to construct and have been proven to be highly recyclable.
Avdon reuse or recycle waste materials where possible both in the factory and on site. Waste capture and recycling programmes have been set in place for not just aluminium, but plastics, cardboard, batteries, fluorescent tubes, paper and electronic goods. These materials can be re-purposed for other uses rather than needlessly scrapped and sent to landfill.
